About

Dr. Ali Saad Alwan is a Doctor of Business Administration with extensive expertise in quality management, supply chain assessment, occupational safety systems, and corporate governance. He earned his doctorate from Al-Mustansiriya University (Faculty of Administration & Economics) in 2023, preceded by his MBA from the same institution in 2020.

His academic journey began at Kut University College, where he completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration (2015–2016). Since then, he has built a research portfolio of over 17 peer-reviewed publications spanning quality systems, industrial productivity, data analytics, sustainable governance, and financial auditing.

Dr. Alwan serves as a member of the University Council of Kut College, the Research & Publication Center, the International Association of Universities, and the International Association of Scientific Researchers. He has received over 24 official certificates of appreciation from universities, governorate councils, and professional bodies across Iraq and internationally.
